About Her
Inspired and driven by the stories of Canadian women with HER2+ breast cancer, Rethink Breast Cancer created About Her, a documentary that captures the brave and honest stories of women across Canada who have been diagnosed with this aggressive form of breast cancer.
This 15-minute documentary, directed by Canadian filmmaker Phyllis Ellis, conveys the power of storytelling and aims to inspire women with HER2+ breast cancer, their families and health care providers to share their experiences and connect with others in a new supportive online community at www.TellHER2.ca.
About Her will open the 2009 Breast Fest Film Festival on November 20th.
